We are proud to have become in 2023 a UNPRI signatory. As a signatory, we strive to follow on the following principles:

Principle 1: We will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes. Before approving an acquisition and its capex, our due-diligence process includes a thorough review of the ESG factors. We assess the current level of ESG performance and determine the improvement potential.

Principle 2: We will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices. ESG is embedded through multiple policies and shared throughout the organization.

Principle 3: We will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest.

Principle 4: We will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry. Sharing our values throughout the supply chain.

Principle 5: We will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.

Principle 6: We will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles. Annual reports should include relevant information that promotes a meaningful and constructive dialogue with our stakeholders.
